HUAWEI has officially launched its latest flagship devices in Malaysia, introducing the ultra-thin HUAWEI MatePad Pro Max tablet and the high-endurance HUAWEI nova 15 Max smartphone to the local market. Both devices are now available for order with exclusive launch bundles and introductory pricing.
HUAWEI MatePad Pro Max
Initially unveiled at last month’s global launch in Bangkok, the MatePad Pro Max arrives in Malaysia with an incredibly sleek 4.7mm ultra-thin body—making it thinner than the 13-inch iPad Pro (5.1mm). Despite its large footprint, it weighs just 509g, features an all-metal unibody design, and is available in a premium Luminous Blue colorway.

The front is dominated by a 13.2-inch Flexible OLED PaperMatte display, boasting a 3K resolution (3000 × 2000), a 144Hz refresh rate, and 1,600 nits peak brightness. With ultra-narrow 3.55mm bezels delivering a 94% screen-to-body ratio, the display uses nano-etched PaperMatte technology to reduce glare by up to 99%, offering a more comfortable, eye-friendly viewing experience during extended workloads.
Under the hood, the tablet is powered by the Kirin T93 Pro processor, paired with 12GB RAM, 512GB storage, and a dual-layer VC cooling structure. To power its productivity features, it packs a massive 10,400mAh battery supporting 66W wired fast charging and 40W wired reverse charging.

Running HarmonyOS 4.3, the tablet is built for a PC-level workflow, integrating WPS Office AI, HUAWEI Notes, GoPaint, and Live Multitask window management. It also supports the Glide Keyboard and M-Pencil Pro accessories. For media and connectivity, it includes a six-speaker system, four microphones, a 50MP rear camera, an embedded 12MP front camera, Wi-Fi 7, Bluetooth 6.0, and NearLink technology.

The HUAWEI MatePad Pro Max is officially priced at RM5,999 and is open for pre-orders on HUAWEI’s official website and major e-commerce platforms. Pre-order customers will receive free gifts worth up to RM3,154, which include the M-Pencil Pro, a HUAWEI Bluetooth Mouse, WPS Office AI and HUAWEI Notes access, a one-year APAC warranty, and a one-year PaperMatte Display Care package covering two screen repairs.
HUAWEI nova 15 Max
Launching alongside the flagship tablet is the HUAWEI nova 15 Max, a smartphone designed for ultimate endurance. It features a massive 8,500mAh HUAWEI Super Battery enhanced by Energy Booster Technology, which delivers up to 23 hours of continuous video playback while keeping the chassis a slim 7.98mm.
The phone sports a 6.84-inch OLED display with a 120Hz adaptive refresh rate, a peak brightness of 4,000 nits, and 2160Hz PWM dimming. Photography is handled by a 1/1.56-inch 50MP f/1.9 RYYB main camera, while audio is driven by symmetrical dual speakers with Volume Boost Mode. Built to last, it features an SGS 5-star drop resistance certification and an IP65 water and dust resistance rating.

The HUAWEI nova 15 Max is officially retailing at RM1,699, but an introductory promo offers an instant RM200 discount, bringing the price down to RM1,499. Purchases during this promotional period include free gifts worth up to RM827, featuring a HUAWEI Band 10, a one-year APAC warranty, and a two-year unlimited free battery replacement service.
