Xiaomi has officially expanded its mid-range lineup in Malaysia with the launch of the Redmi Note 15 series.
The new collection includes the Redmi Note 15 (available in 4G and 5G variants), the Redmi Note 15 Pro 5G, and the flagship of the series, the Redmi Note 15 Pro+ 5G.
The series brings several updates to the display and battery technology, standardized across the global variants now available in the local market.
The base models Redmi Note 15 and 15 5G feature a 6.77-inch AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate and a peak brightness of 3,200 nits.
The 4G variant is powered by the MediaTek Helio G100-Ultra, while the 5G model uses the Qualcomm Snapdragon 6 Gen 3 chipset.
For photography, both devices are equipped with a 108MP main camera featuring optical image stabilization (OIS). The 5G model includes an 8MP ultra-wide lens, whereas the 4G version opts for a 2MP depth sensor.
Battery configurations differ slightly: the 4G model carries a 6,000mAh battery with 33W charging, while the 5G model utilizes a 5,520mAh silicon-carbon battery supporting 45W fast charging.
The Pro variants move to a larger 6.83-inch “CrystalRes” AMOLED panel with 1.5K resolution and 120Hz refresh rate.
These models offer higher durability ratings, with the Pro+ featuring IP68/69K dust and water resistance and Corning Gorilla Glass Victus 2 protection.

Redmi Note 15 Pro 5G: This model runs on the MediaTek Dimensity 7400-Ultra chipset.It features a 200MP main camera and a 6,580mAh battery with 45W charging.

Redmi Note 15 Pro+ 5G: The most advanced in the lineup, it is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 7s Gen 4. While it has a slightly smaller 6,500mAh battery compared to the Pro, it supports 100W HyperCharge technology, capable of significantly faster charging cycles. It also retains the 200MP primary sensor found in the Pro model.
The entire series ships with Xiaomi HyperOS 2.0 based on Android 15.
Standard connectivity features across the lineup include dual speakers with Dolby Atmos, in-display fingerprint sensors, and NFC support for the Pro models.
