OnePlus has officially introduced the Turbo 6 series in China, expanding its mid-range portfolio with an emphasis on sustained performance, long battery life, and reinforced durability. The lineup marks the debut of the Turbo series and consists of the OnePlus Turbo 6 and the Turbo 6V.
The OnePlus Turbo 6 is positioned as a performance-oriented model, featuring a 9000mAh battery and a reinforced chassis designed to improve endurance and reliability.

It is the first device globally to launch with the Snapdragon 8s Gen 4 Fast Edition, a customised variant developed in collaboration with Qualcomm.

The phone also integrates OnePlus’ proprietary gaming engine alongside dedicated hardware such as a gaming-focused Wi-Fi chip, enhanced touch processing, and a six-axis gyroscope.
On the front, the Turbo 6 is equipped with a 1.5K display with a 165Hz refresh rate, jointly developed by OnePlus and BOE.

The panel uses flagship-grade emissive materials and supports eye-care features across different usage scenarios.

Battery performance is a key highlight, with the 9000mAh Glacier Battery supporting 80W fast charging, reaching 50 percent capacity in 32 minutes, as well as 27W reverse charging for powering external devices.
For imaging, the device carries a 50MP Sony main camera with optical image stabilisation, paired with OPPO’s portrait processing algorithms.

In terms of durability, the Turbo 6 has passed multiple military-grade tests and carries IP66, IP68, IP69, and IP69K certifications for dust and water resistance, along with reinforced protective glass.

Alongside it, OnePlus also unveiled the Turbo 6V, which places greater emphasis on long-term usage and durability. It shares the same 9000mAh battery capacity, along with 80W fast charging and 27W reverse charging, aimed at covering several days of typical use.
The Turbo 6V is powered by the Snapdragon 7s Gen 4 platform and features a 1.5K display with a 144Hz refresh rate. It supports wet-hand touch input and reinforced glass protection. The device ships with ColorOS 16 and has undergone a 72-month laboratory aging fluency test. OnePlus states that the phone will receive up to four years of major Android version updates.

Pricing in China starts at CNY 2,099 (about RM1,220) for the OnePlus Turbo 6 with 12GB RAM and 256GB storage, scaling up to CNY 2,899 (about RM1,685) for the 16GB+512GB variant. The Turbo 6V starts at a promotional price of CNY 1,699 (about RM987) for the 8GB+256GB model, with higher configurations priced up to CNY 2,199 (about RM1,278).
