HUAWEI Pura 80 Launched in Malaysia with Advanced Camera System and AI Features

HUAWEI has officially introduced the HUAWEI Pura 80 in Malaysia, following the global debut of the Pura 80 Pro and Pura 80 Ultra. Positioned as the latest addition to the Pura Series, the device combines updated design, enhanced imaging capabilities, and a range of AI-driven features.

Design and Durability

The Pura 80 adopts a flat-edge display with frosted matte glass, available in Frosted Gold, Frosted White, and Frosted Black. Its design incorporates the Forward Symbol lens module with a minimalist ring, creating a distinctive focal point.

For durability, the device is protected by second-generation Kunlun Glass, which HUAWEI claims is 20 times stronger than conventional glass.

AI Features for Everyday Use

The HUAWEI Pura 80 comes with multiple AI-powered tools:

  • 12MP periscope telephoto lens with 5.5x optical zoom and up to 50x digital zoom

The camera system is supported by 1.5 million spectral channels and XD Fusion Pro technology, delivering improved color accuracy across lighting conditions.

Powering the device is a 5,170mAh battery, compatible with 66W wired and 50W wireless HUAWEI SuperCharge.

The Pura 80 features a LTPO OLED display with:
