The vivo X500 series goes on sale across Malaysia on 3 November 2026, with prices starting at RM4,699. The lineup comprises the X500, X500 Pro and X500 Pro Max, with a new first-sale campaign offering rewards advertised at a combined value of more than RM3,400.
The first-sale promotion runs from 3 to 30 November, following the pre-order campaign that ends on 2 November. Buyers should check the new offer’s eligibility requirements, as its rewards differ from the pre-order package.
vivo Buds Pro, vivo Care and Pro-model rebates
The first-sale rewards include vivo Buds Pro worth RM199. Eligible purchases of the X500 Pro or X500 Pro Max can also receive exclusive rebates ranging from RM200 to RM680, depending on the model and applicable terms.
vivo also lists a vivo Care package worth RM2,167. It includes two years of warranty coverage, comprising the standard one-year manufacturer warranty and a one-year extension, alongside a one-year international warranty and lens protection.
Other benefits include three months of Google AI Pro with 5TB cloud storage for eligible users, advertised at RM293.97, and purchase-with-purchase savings of up to RM200 on selected IoT products.

The advertised value of more than RM3,400 combines different rewards and offers. Actual benefits depend on the chosen model, eligibility and promotion terms. ZEISS telephoto cameras and concert-focused video
Imaging remains a key feature of the series. The X500 Pro Max features a 200MP ZEISS APO telephoto camera and supports the 400mm-equivalent vivo ZEISS Telephoto Extender Gen 2 Ultra. The X500 Pro supports the 200mm-equivalent Telephoto Extender Gen 2. These extenders are accessories; check individual bundle contents and pricing before purchasing.
Both Pro models feature the X-Track Engine, with 4K 120fps tracking video and auto-framing stage video designed to help keep performers in view during concerts. The Pro Max supports long-range motion capture at up to 30x, while the Pro offers up to 20x.
The standard X500 pairs a 72mm-equivalent ZEISS APO telephoto camera with a 50MP ZEISS main camera, alongside cinematic portrait and vivo colour palette features.
Up to 7,800mAh, with wired and wireless charging
The X500 Pro Max packs a 7,800mAh battery, while the X500 Pro has a 6,510mAh battery and the X500 a 7,500mAh battery. All three support 90W wired and 40W wireless charging and run OriginOS 7, with multitasking, AI productivity tools and cross-device connectivity.
