| 16GB + 1TB | CNY8,999 |
China sales begin at 6pm on 15 October. The three transparent finishes are Dark Night, Silver Wing and Ice Blue. A Golden Saga limited edition with 24GB RAM and 1TB storage was also shown.
RGB liquid cooling meets an active fan
The visible cooling loop is a major part of the design. REDMAGIC combines a dual-loop liquid system and micropump with an active fan rated at 25,500rpm. Vapour-chamber cooling, liquid metal and graphene are also part of the thermal assembly.
The RGB ring adds lighting around the cooling area. Its appearance is separate from the question of sustained performance, which will need independent testing.
Snapdragon power and a hole-free 185Hz display
The phone uses the Snapdragon 8 Elite Extreme Gen 6, supported by the RedCore R5 gaming chip and G1 display controller. Its 6.85-inch BOE display keeps the selfie camera beneath the panel, avoiding a punch-hole during games and video playback.
The screen reaches 185Hz, with 0.96mm bezels. REDMAGIC also advertises enhanced resolution and frame interpolation for supported games; support varies by title rather than applying automatically to every game.
8,400mAh battery, 120W wired and 80W wireless charging
The battery supports 120W wired charging, 80W wireless charging and bypass charging. Gaming hardware includes 700Hz shoulder triggers and stereo speakers with Dolby Atmos.
Other features include Wi-Fi 7, NFC, an infrared remote and REDMAGIC OS 12. The rear camera system uses two 50MP cameras. The China announcement establishes the hardware and pricing there; buyers in Malaysia should wait for local details before treating these configurations as official Malaysian stock.
