The wait is finally over for mobile photography enthusiasts. vivo has officially launched its premier imaging flagships, the X300 Ultra and X300 FE, in the Malaysian market. This launch represents a significant historical moment for the brand, as it marks the first time vivo has released an “Ultra” tier device outside of China, choosing Malaysia for its international debut.
vivo X300 Ultra: The Pinnacle of Mobile Photography

As the top-tier member of the series, the X300 Ultra is engineered to dominate the Android flagship space. Its primary claim to fame is the “3+2 ZEISS Master Lens” system.
This setup features a world-first dual 200MP configuration, headlined by a 200MP Sony LYTIA 901 sensor for humanistic street photography and a 200MP Samsung HP0 periscope telephoto lens. The latter includes CIPA 7.0 OIS and high-speed autofocus to ensure sharp shots even at extreme zoom ranges.

A 50MP Sony LYTIA 818 ultra-wide lens completes the trio, providing full focal length coverage with professional-grade color science.
Beyond stills, the X300 Ultra is a portable film studio. It supports 4K 120fps recording, 10-bit LOG, and Dolby Vision, while integrating seamlessly with professional ACES workflows.

For those demanding more, vivo has introduced a modular ecosystem including the ZEISS Telephoto Extender Gen 2 Ultra—which pushes the focal length to a 400mm equivalent—alongside dedicated photography grips and cooling fans.

Under the hood, the device is powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 (3nm) processor, paired with a massive 6,600mAh battery and 100W FlashCharge.

The front is dominated by a 6.82-inch QHD+ 144Hz LTPO AMOLED display that hits a peak brightness of 4,500 nits, all protected by a durable Titanium-Aluminum alloy frame and Armor Glass.
vivo X300 FE: The Compact Powerhouse

For users who prefer a more ergonomic experience without sacrificing performance, the X300 FE offers a compact flagship alternative.
Measuring just 7.99mm thin, it still packs the same Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chip and a 6,500mAh “BlueVolt” battery. Despite its smaller 6.31-inch display, it actually outshines its larger sibling with a 5,000-nit peak brightness.
The imaging system remains ZEISS-certified, featuring a 50MP main sensor and a 50MP periscope telephoto lens.
