REDMAGIC 11 Air Launched: Snapdragon 8 Elite, 7000mAh Battery and Under-Display Camera

REDMAGIC has officially launched the REDMAGIC 11 Air in China, positioning it as the world’s first “true full-screen” gaming phone in the Air category.

The device maintains the brand’s signature transparent aesthetic and high-performance DNA while achieving a slim profile of just 7.85mm despite housing a massive 7000mAh battery.

The front of the device features a 6.85-inch 1.5K “Wukong” display, utilizing under-display camera technology to achieve a 95.1% screen-to-body ratio and ultra-thin 1.25mm bezels.

This panel supports a 144Hz refresh rate, 2592Hz high-frequency PWM dimming, and DC dimming, earning the SGS low blue light eye protection certification.

The exterior follows a transparent design philosophy with elements inspired by vinyl records and racing tracks, available in Quantum Black, Stardust White, and a Silver variant arriving in March.

Under the hood, the REDMAGIC 11 Air is powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite mobile platform, paired with the self-developed Red Core R4 gaming chip, LPDDR5X RAM, and UFS 4.1 storage.

To manage intense gaming heat, it features the ICE 4.0 active cooling system with a built-in fan spinning at 24,000 RPM, supported by an aviation-grade aluminum bracket and a 4D VC liquid cooling plate.

Gaming utility is further enhanced by 520Hz professional physical shoulder triggers and the REDMAGIC OS 11.0 system, which includes AI-driven features like a tactical coach, AI circle-to-search, and a built-in PC emulator.

The camera setup includes a 50MP main sensor, an 8MP ultra-wide lens, and a 16MP under-display front camera.

Its 7000mAh battery supports 120W wired fast charging and bypass charging.

In China, the REDMAGIC 11 Air starts at 3,699 Yuan (~RM2,151) for the 12GB+256GB variant and 4,199 Yuan (~RM2,559) for the 16GB+512GB version.
