Proton has officially previewed the 2025 Proton e.MAS 5, a highly anticipated A-segment electric hatchback set to bring advanced technology, premium features, and competitive performance to Malaysia’s growing EV market.

CATL LFP Battery and 325 km WLTP Range
The Premium variant features a 40.16 kWh CATL Lithium Iron Phosphate (LFP) battery, delivering up to 325 km of range under the WLTP standard. The battery supports 6.6 kW AC charging and 71 kW DC fast charging, with 30–80% top-up achievable in just 21 minutes.

Safety is a top priority, with the e.MAS 5 Premium offering front airbags, full-length curtain airbags, and a comprehensive Advanced Driver Assistance System (ADAS) that includes:

The chassis uses MacPherson struts at the front and multi-link suspension at the rear, paired with an electronic parking brake and Auto Hold. Tyres are 205/60 R16 as standard.
